Yes. Students should choose their hostel first so the correct package, coverage note, and support location are attached to the order.

How long does voucher activation take after payment?

The template shows a 2–10 minute target. Update this to match your real support team, payment gateway, or automatic voucher system.

What details should I send after payment?

Send your full name, WhatsApp number, hostel, block/room, package name, and payment transaction reference so support can confirm the order quickly.

Can one voucher work on multiple devices?

That depends on the selected package. Set the device limit clearly in assets/js/app.js so students know whether the voucher is for one phone, phone plus laptop, or more devices.

What happens when my package expires or data finishes?

The hotspot should redirect students back to this packages page so they can select their hostel and buy another package without contacting support.

What if my voucher does not work?

Use the floating “Raise ticket” button and include your hostel, voucher code, transaction reference, and a short description of the issue.
