Use the service lawfully
Do not use IAG services to commit, encourage, conceal, or assist unlawful activity. You must respect applicable law, the rights of other people, and the rules of the hostel or institution where the service is provided.
Do not harm the network or other users
You must not introduce malware, attack a system, scan without authority, interfere with equipment, bypass access controls, disrupt service, impersonate another person, or use the network in a way that creates unreasonable risk or congestion.
Protect access information
Do not sell, publish, or share access information outside the device and user limits of the package. Do not attempt to copy, generate, reuse, manipulate, or obtain another user's voucher, login, session, or transaction information.
Respect people and content rights
Do not use the service to threaten, harass, exploit, defraud, or unlawfully monitor another person. Do not distribute content in violation of intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
Fair usage
IAG may manage traffic, device access, sessions, or high volume use when reasonably necessary to protect service quality, security, and fair access. Any package specific rule should appear in the package summary before payment.
Enforcement
IAG may investigate suspected misuse and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to an authorised hostel representative, service provider, regulator, or law enforcement authority where appropriate and lawful.
Report a concern
Email support@iagafrica.org with the time, location, and description of the concern. Do not place sensitive evidence in a public message.
